I'm apprehensive of pigs in general because I know they can be mean and they are most definitely omnivores and don't mind eating meat (including you & me) at all. But these girls are pretty tame. We went back again today to get the liver and feet and ears, but the slaughter truck wasn't even there yet, so we got to say hey again. This time farmer Mark was out in the yard so he came over with us and we got to scritch them and pat them a bit. They are funny critters.
