		<description>Apparently they aren&#039;t really that mean ... I&#039;m apprehensive of pigs in general because I know they can be mean and they are most definitely omnivores and don&#039;t mind eating meat (including you &amp; me) at all. But these girls are pretty tame.

We went back again today to get the liver and feet and ears, but the slaughter truck wasn&#039;t even there yet, so we got to say hey again. This time farmer Mark was out in the yard so he came over with us and we got to scritch them and pat them a bit. They are funny critters.</description>

		<description>How satisfying it must be to have that much of a connection with what you&#039;ll buy.  I didn&#039;t know pigs bite/snap.  Interesting.  Do you know if its a regular thing of pig-dom, or only when they see an interesting human or are in line for food on site?</description>
