Would love help. Your turkeys is fine. We lost one but there are 5 people on the list and 5 turkeys left, so everyone is still good. I should note, though, that when we processed the one we lost, she was smaller than we expected. She was probably the second smallest we had, but she was only like 7ish pounds. How many folks are you having over? The two toms are much bigger of course, so whoever's having the biggest party gets the biggest turkeys. :) Will be in touch. I'm thinking maybe Saturday the 21st? We didn't put up nearly the volume of food (esp veggies) as last year. Good thing there's always squash, as well as onions, potatoes, kale and meat available from the year round markets...
