If tanning salons weren’t holistically bad for you, I might slather on sunblock and go lie in one. I’m SAD’in’ like you wouldn’t believe.
Yeah, it’s been tough. There is a free light box at Hall Health though! I haven’t used it yet but I plan to at some point.
I’m planning to drink my annual toast to longer days and then return to hibernation. Bears have it good.
I have been counting the days – I can’t wait. Solstice is one of my favorite days, knowing that more sun is ahead and the world will come out of its hibernation at some point :-)
Planning to have a great meal to celebrate the turning of the season with family in mind, some particularly warming goodies to mirror the light of the sun, and plan out my garden for next year!
