		<description>Bet that was a yummy dinner!  I see you&#039;re harvesting your potatoes.  I plan on waiting this year for storage potatoes, but I think you&#039;re right that the Yukon Golds are just about there.  Another few weeks and they&#039;ll be toughened up for storage.  

As for all those carrots, it reminds me that my 4 year old always pics too many and we end up storing them in the fridge for a few days working through them.  I keep telling him they taste better right from the garden, but they still taste better than store bought a few days in the fridge.</description>
