Bet that was a yummy dinner! I see you’re harvesting your potatoes. I plan on waiting this year for storage potatoes, but I think you’re right that the Yukon Golds are just about there. Another few weeks and they’ll be toughened up for storage.
As for all those carrots, it reminds me that my 4 year old always pics too many and we end up storing them in the fridge for a few days working through them. I keep telling him they taste better right from the garden, but they still taste better than store bought a few days in the fridge.
